Return Policy

    • Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
    • Items must be free from any signs of use, damage, or tampering.

      • CPAP/BiPAP masks and tubing (due to hygiene)
      • Humidifiers and water chambers (due to hygiene)
      • Opened packages of disposable supplies (e.g., filters, cannulas)

      • Any item that has been used or opened.
  • Defective Items:
    • Defective items will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty.
    • Customers must contact PM Respiratory Services customer service to report defective items.
    • PM Respiratory Services will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer.
  • Refunds and Exchanges:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
    • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.
    • Exchanges may be offered for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on the part of PM Respiratory Services.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
