Things to Keep in Mind
  • Cleaning Tubing: The standard Lumin device does not sanitize the inside of CPAP hoses. To clean tubing, an additional attachment called the Lumin Bullet is typically required. [1]
  • Physical Cleaning: While it kills bacteria and germs, it does not remove mineral deposits, facial oils, or debris from equipment, so occasional washing with warm soapy water is still recommended. 
  • Pricing: The standard Lumin device generally retails for around $250 to $260 depending on the supplier.
